To apply for ribbons, simply submit a Ribbon Request form (for most ribbons...some ribbons must be meritoriously earned!). Coming soon here will be the ability to apply for ribbons online, subject to the approval of the Administrative Officer.

• Cadet Seaman Apprentice (C/SA) - E-2
• Cadet Seaman (C/SN) - E-3
• Cadet Petty Officer 3rd Class (C/PO3) - E-4
• Cadet Petty Officer 2nd Class (C/PO2) - E-5
• Cadet Petty Officer 1st Class (C/PO1) - E-6
• Cadet Chief Petty Officer (C/CPO) - E-7
• Cadet Senior Chief Petty Officer (C/SCPO) - E-8
• Cadet Master Chief Petty Officer (C/MCPO) - E-9

Officer

• Cadet Ensign (C/ENS) - O-1
• Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade (JG) (C/LTJG) - O-2
• Cadet Lieutenant (C/LT) - O-3
• Cadet Lieutenant Commander (C/LCDR) - O-4
• Cadet Commander (C/CDR) - O-5

How do you get promoted to these ranks? By showing outstanding leadership, service, and patriotism for the unit, the United States, and Pacifica High School. And, of course, applying for them. Sometimes you get meritoriously promoted.

The website has the ability to apply online for these ranks, but this must be approved by the Administrative Officer.
