NJROTC Athletics

Athletics is an integral part of the NJROTC program.  Pacifica High School NJROTC performs athletics once a week, on Fridays.  All cadets are required to participate in all PT (Physical Training) days.

All cadets are also required to take the PRT (Physical Readiness Test).  Cadets who maintain a level of "Satisfactory" or higher during the test are eligible to receive the Physical Fitness ribbon, possibly with a gold, silver, or bronze lamp.

PRTs are held twice a year, normally in January and May.  PRTs count toward your semester grade.
